Four position orbital action allows users to set the aggression of cut along with cut speed by altering the angle at which the blade sweeps through the material. An innovative flush cutting blade is included that allows the teeth on the special blade to cut at the front of the shoe. For a battery powered jig saw this works well. For 'All Day' use of course the leader in the jig saw pack was & remains the Bosch jig saw (of which I would, having tried both, recommend the 'handle version' as opposed to the 'rotating head' model which is harder to control). This is a good toll for what it is and while the handle is placed a bit high for the best control, the low weight of the battery pack compensates for that short coming. DeWalt doesn't always make the best tool of each kind in the rechargeable range, HOWEVER, what you Do Get (and want) is a 'kit' with interchangeable batteries, and this is often overlooked. With two chargers (by getting a second different tool kit) and spare batteries you can keep working. I like DeWalt's 'stuff'.See all 1 customer reviews...
