Finish Nailer Two things set this tool apart from its classmates: the large nail capacity and the rear-loading magazine that lets you lock and load, or load and lock. The tool is light, comfortable, and sturdy, features DeWalt's ingenious tool-free jam-clearing mechanism, and offers a fantastic line of sight. The sliding depth adjustment is further evidence of DeWalt's creative problem-solving abilities. Unlock it with your index finger, slide the adjustment with your other hand, and you're ready to fire. This model has a nice plus in the 360-degree swivel exhaust cap. Great pad, too--it didn't mar anything to which we introduced it. Finally, and this may not seem like a big deal, but in everyday use you're going to love the reversible belt/rafter hook.Brad NailerLight as a feather and mean as a junkyard dog, DeWalt's 18-gauge brad nailer is a heck of a tool. We like the fit and feel of it, and DeWalt wins points from us for putting low-nail indicators on the side and the top of the magazine. The sliding depth adjustment is fantastic: just unlock it with your index finger, slide the adjustment with your other hand, and you're ready to fire. Like DeWalt's other nail guns, this model has a nice plus in the 360-degree swivel exhaust cap that directs the flow away from you. Great pad, too--it didn't mar anything to which we introduced it. We like it. -- Kris Jensen-Van HesteDEWALT Heavy Duty D51256B 16 Gauge Finish Nailer 18 Gauge Brad Nailer Combo Kit

He's used it a lot already since we are in the process of redecorating our house. So far so good!1 of 2 people found the following review helpful.Good nailerBy DavidThis is the first air nailer I have bought. I used it to put bead-board on a ceiling and trim my house. The only jam I have had required me to disassemble the entire feeding mechanisim. I don't think that is normal protocol for this tool.It took some adjustment on the air pressure to really get these guns working well. I don't particularly like the soft case for storage. However, when I have to take them to the worksite it is nice to have the extra room for different sized nails, oil, wrenches...1 of 2 people found the following review helpful.very happyBy JKGI bought these nailers to trim out a house. I'm almost finished now and I've had no jams or misfires. I've only bent one nail and I'm pretty sure I tried to shoot that one into a drywall screw :)See all 4 customer reviews...
